The Local Accommodation license is mandatory in Portugal, without it you will not be able to carry out the activity of Local Accommodation for holidays.

We handle the entire licensing process for you, without having to worry about bureaucracy.

10% Commission on the simple contract, value applied on the basis of each booking made by ALGARTUR.


This contract includes the following services:

1. Disclosure of property on all accommodation portals.

2. Communication of guests to the Foreigners and Borders Service.

3. Announcement of new reserves to the owner and contractor by the owner for cleaning services / check-in.


You can also purchase other services that we have for you to better publicize your property (See " Additional Services ").

We take our commitment to the owner very seriously. Our payments to the owner are made monthly, without having to wait for the end of the summer season.

Complete contract, ALGARTUR in a transparent way for the owner, made a fixed price list according to the typology and according to the season, in this way we will pay the owner what was stipulated for each reservation made.


This type of contract includes the following services provided by ALGARTUR:

1. Property report, which includes communication of water, light or gas readings, property anomalies with technical details about any nature of the property that may arise during the contract period (inspection of property and existing equipment).
2. Reservation management services (disclosure on hosting and marketing portals).
3. Check-In and Check-Out services, customer follow-up before, during and after their stay.
4. Maintenance services with ALGARTUR owns a team and external companies with a guarantee of assistance up to 24 hours after the request is made.
5. Placement of white line accommodation (bed sheets, pillowcases, duvet covers, and towels for bath, face, shower and tablecloths / kitchen towels).
6. Laundry services.
7. Link with Online reservations so that the owner can check the status of reservations, amounts to be received for each reservation, and other additional information.
8. Photo report of the property by ALGARTUR.
9. We also provide other support services to customers, such as transfer services, car / boat or bicycle rental, relaxation massage services at the property, and among other services.
10. Welcome pack, with customer amenities such as coffee, tea, soap, shower gel, shampoo, and others, we also provide brochures and city guides.

In this type of contract, the portals are exclusive to us, and property management by the owner or other competing companies is not possible.

In this type of contract, the entire cost of the local accommodation process is borne by ALGARTUR, the only cost for the owner being the placement of the local accommodation sign, fire extinguisher, fire blanket, first aid kit and respective signs.
