1. Pets are permitted subject to mandatory prior approval by ALGARTUR and only in specific accommodations.

2. They must be vaccinated, trained, and always accompanied.

3. They are strictly prohibited from lying on furniture (sofas, beds).

4. In common areas, movement is mandatory with a leash.

5. The guest is responsible for any damage and cleaning incurred, and failure to comply with these rules may result in additional fees or retention of the security deposit.

It depends on the rate and the season of your stay:

  1. Standard rate (refundable): Free cancellation must be made up to 1 month (May to September) or 7 days (October to April) before check-in. Note that the credit card fee is non-refundable.

  2. Non-refundable rate: There is no refund in case of cancellation or no-show.

1. All rates and supplements on our website already include VAT at the current legal rate.

2. Accommodation rates may be adjusted without prior notice.

3. We have several supplements available at an additional cost, such as cots/high chairs (€9.00/night), extra beds (€25.00/night), 4G router (€45.00/stay), additional cleaning (€55.00–€125.00), and additional linen (€10.00/person).

4. The confirmation of some supplements may be made after the booking is finalized.

1. Check-out is by 10:00 AM.

2. The free standard Check-in with a staff member is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM (at the accommodation) or from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM (at our office).

3. After 8:00 PM, you can complete Self Check-in via key safe free of charge.

4. In-person check-in at the accommodation after 8:00 PM incurs additional costs: €60.00 (8:00 PM - 11:00 PM) or €80.00 (after 11:00 PM).


Please note:
Between June 1st and September 30th, check-in times may be delayed due to high volume.

No. The charging of any type of electric vehicle (including plug-in hybrids) and/or removable batteries is strictly prohibited on the premises of the property (indoors or garage). This rule is enforced for safety and consumption reasons.

Non-compliance with this prohibition will result in an automatic fine of €150.00 per vehicle or battery.

1. We accept: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Bank Transfer and Cash.

2. Online credit card payments through our platform (STRIPE / SUMUP) are subject to an additional non-refundable fee.

3. We do not accept bank checks or American Express.

1. The standard minimum stay is 5 nights throughout the year.

2. In some accommodations, a minimum stay of 3 nights is permitted between November 1st and May 31st.

3. Long-term stays are permitted, but require prior approval from ALGARTUR. 

It depends on the rate:

  1. Standard rate: A 40% deposit of the total value is required within 24 hours of confirmation. The remaining balance (60%) is paid at the time of check-in.

  2. Non-refundable rate: Full payment (100%) is mandatory within 24 hours of confirmation.


For bookings made on other platforms, the payment conditions of those channels apply.

1. A security deposit is mandatory and must be deposited at check-in.

2. The amount is indicated in your booking.

3. The deposit can be made via online platform (credit card) or cash (though only credit card is accepted at some accommodations).

4. Failure to provide the security deposit implies refusal of entry.

5. The refund is made at check-out (cash) or released within a maximum of 7 days after departure (credit card).

6. ALGARTUR reserves the right to demand an additional security deposit at check-in (€1,000.00 to €15,000.00) and to retain/charge the amount up to 7 business days after check-out.

1. The voucher can be used at any ALGARTUR accommodation, but it must be used in its entirety, as the difference in value is not refundable.

2. It is personal and non-transferable and is valid for six months or one year (depending on the issue date).

3. After the expiration date, the value is forfeited.

1. Initial and final cleaning is always included.

2. Bed linen and towels (bath, hand, and bath mat) are also included.

3. For stays of 8 nights or more, a weekly service of cleaning and change of linen/towels is provided.

4. Stays of 7 nights or less do not include mid-stay cleaning or change of linen/towels.
