1) Prices
1.1. All values/rates presented on the ALGARTUR website for accommodation bookings, or additional supplements, include VAT at the current applicable rate.
1.2. The values/rates for accommodation bookings may be subject to change without prior notice.
1.3. Cot/Crib (linen included) / High Chair / Baby Bathtub: Price of € 9,00 per night (per unit).
1.4. Folding bed (linen included): Price of € 25,00 per night.
1.5. Additional Cleaning: Prices from € 55,00 up to € 125,00 for each additional cleaning (depending on the unit type, please request more information).
1.6. Additional Linen: Price of € 10,00 per person.
1.7. 4G Mobile Internet Router or similar: Price of € 45,00 per stay.
1.8. Other supplements presented at the time of booking may require confirmation after the booking is completed.
2) Payments
2.1. Standard rate bookings: Upon confirmation, a deposit/payment of 40% of the total reservation value must be made (within 24 hours).
2.2. The remaining balance for the standard rate booking must be paid by the guests at the moment of the check-in process.
2.3. Non-refundable rate bookings: The full reservation payment must be made immediately upon confirmation (within 24 hours).
2.4. For bookings made on other platforms, the payment conditions of the respective channels apply.
3) Payment methods
3.1. Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, bank transfer, and cash.
3.2. Online credit card payments through our platform (STRIPE / SUMUP) are subject to an additional non-refundable fee.
3.3. Bank checks and American Express credit cards are not accepted.
4) Check-In / Check-Out
4.1. Check-in at the accommodation with one of our employees can be carried out, without any additional cost, between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM.
4.2. Check-in at our office can be carried out, without any additional cost, between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM.
4.3. Check-in carried out at the accommodation with one of our employees between 8:00 PM and 11:00 PM has an additional cost of € 60,00.
4.4. Check-in carried out at the accommodation with one of our employees after 11:00 PM has an additional cost of € 80,00.
4.5. Alternatively, without any additional cost, guests may check-in after 8:00 PM by collecting the accommodation keys from the safe box (contact us for more information).
4.6. Check-out/departure from the accommodation by guests must be completed by 10:00 AM.
4.7. Between the period of June 1st and September 30th, the entry time to the property may be subject to delay due to external factors such as increased traffic flow, an atypical flow of entries/check-ins at accommodations on the same day, longer property preparation time due to unforeseen circumstances, among others.

5) Duration of stay
5.1. Minimum stay of 3 nights: November 1st to May 31st (available in some accommodations).
5.2. Minimum stay of 5 nights: throughout the year.
5.3. Long-term stays are permitted, subject to a prior request for approval made to ALGARTUR.
6) Cleaning services / Accommodation linen
6.1. Initial and final cleaning of the accommodation is included in the total cost of the stay.
6.2. Bed linen for the accommodation is included in the stay.
6.3. Bath, face, and bath exit towels (bath mats) for the accommodation are included in the stay.
6.4. Cleaning and linen changes for the stay are weekly.
6.5. Stays equal to or shorter than 7 nights are not entitled to intermediate cleaning, bed linen changes, or bath towel changes.
7) Cancellations
7.1. Standard Rates with Free Cancellation (100% Refundable):
7.1.1. Stays with an arrival date between May 1st and September 30th: For cancellations made up to 1 (one) month before the check-in/arrival date of the booking.
7.1.2. Stays with an arrival date between October 1st and April 30th: For cancellations made up to 7 (seven) days before the check-in/arrival date of the booking.
7.1.3. Online reservation cancellations for credit card payments through our platform (STRIPE / SUMUP): The fee will not be refunded in case of booking cancellation.
7.1.4. Once the free cancellation period has ended, any previously paid amount will not be returned, nor will any type of refund or compensation be issued.
7.2. Non-refundable rates: After payment of the total reservation value, in cases of cancellation or no-show by the guests, they lose the right to the return of any previously paid amount or the right to any type of refund or compensation.
7.3. For bookings made on other platforms, the cancellation conditions of the respective channels apply.
7.4. ALGARTUR reserves the right to cancel guest bookings due to force majeure reasons, such as: overbooking; the sale of the property; necessary works to be carried out in the accommodation; or other pertinent reasons that justify the cancellation.
7.4.1. All amounts already paid by guests to ALGARTUR, related to the booking, will be refunded.
7.4.2. Furthermore, regarding point 7.4., no additional monetary compensation will be refunded, beyond the total amount paid by the guest.
7.4.3. Regarding point 7.4., whenever possible, ALGARTUR will present alternative accommodations before proceeding with the cancellation, in order to avoid the cancellation of the booking.
8) Security deposit
8.1. All guests must provide a security deposit upon their arrival/check-in at the accommodation.
8.2. The security deposit can be made via two methods: online platform for credit card (SWIKLY) or cash.
8.2.1. Cash: returned in person at check-out/departure;
8.2.2. Credit Card: released within a maximum period of 7 days after check-out/departure.
8.3. In certain accommodations, a cash deposit is not accepted.
8.4. The amount of the security deposit for your stay is stated in the booking.
8.5. On the day of check-in/arrival at the accommodation, ALGARTUR, should it deem necessary, reserves the right to charge an additional security deposit which may vary between € 1.000,00 and/or up to € 15.000,00.
8.6. ALGARTUR reserves the right to refuse the guest entry to the accommodation if the security deposit is not paid.
8.7. The security deposit may be charged or debited by ALGARTUR to the guest up to seven business days after the check-out/departure date from the accommodation.

In certain accommodations, the value of the security deposit may vary due to their specific characteristics.
9) Property damages / Others
9.1. ALGARTUR reserves the right to use the security deposit provided to cover costs for repairs, replacement of damaged objects, or missing items/objects in the accommodation. Guests are responsible for the correct use of the space and all assets placed at their disposal during their stay.
9.2. Should the costs of repairs or the replacement of damaged or missing items exceed the amount of the security deposit, ALGARTUR reserves the right, after notifying the guest, to budget and charge the necessary amounts.
9.3. ALGARTUR reserves the right to charge the security deposit concerning the points mentioned below:

NOTES:
For bookings made through the various booking platforms, guests automatically accept all "general conditions and terms of booking," as well as the stated conditions concerning the security deposits.
10) Rules to be followed during the stay
10.1. Guests must not exceed the maximum permitted and previously defined capacity of people staying in the accommodation.
10.2. Pets are allowed indoors in certain accommodations, and their permission is subject to a prior approval request made to ALGARTUR.
10.3. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside the accommodations.
10.4. Guests are not permitted to use a portable stove, gas or charcoal burner, or portable barbecue in the accommodations, unless the accommodation already includes a barbecue or similar amenity (Charcoal or gas canisters for BBQ are not provided).
10.5. During their stay, guests must respect the normal periods of silence and rest, avoiding conflicts with condominium owners and/or neighbors. (10:00 PM until 8:00 AM).
10.6. If the accommodations have pool access, guests must respect the rules previously defined by the condominium.
10.7. If the accommodation includes a parking space, guests must ensure they park their vehicles in the spaces belonging to the accommodation.
10.8. During the stay, guests must maintain the accommodation in a good state of cleanliness and conservation.
10.9. Guests who fail to comply with the rules may have their stay cancelled or have additional costs applied to their security deposit. No monetary value or compensation will be refunded as a result.
11) Electric vehicles
11.1. Charging any type of electric vehicle on the premises during your stay is strictly prohibited, whether inside or in your allocated parking space/garage.
11.2. The charging of any type of movable (or removable) battery for any type of electric vehicle is prohibited.
11.3. In case of non-compliance with the aforementioned points without prior authorization, ALGARTUR reserves the right to debit guests the amount of € 150,00 for each electric vehicle / battery.
12) Construction / Noise / Common areas and other
12.1. ALGARTUR is not responsible for any type of noise originating outside the accommodation, whether resulting from nearby construction work, repairs in common areas, or other external sources.
12.2. ALGARTUR is not responsible for anomalies or dirt/filth originating outside the accommodation. This includes common areas of the building (such as the swimming pool or leisure areas) and any issues arising from the external surroundings of the development.
12.3. For any of the aforementioned points, no value or monetary compensation will be refunded for these reasons.
13) Complaints / Travel insurance / Rights
13.1. Any complaint, of any kind, can only be accepted by ALGARTUR up to a maximum period of 1 hour after the guests' check-in/arrival at the accommodation.
13.2. ALGARTUR reserves the right to refuse to rent accommodation to guests who have previously exhibited behaviour deemed inappropriate by the company, or who have made complaints that the company deems to be unjustified and aimed at obtaining compensation.
13.3. ALGARTUR declines all responsibility for theft, robbery, or disappearance of goods, valuables, or personal belongings left by guests inside the accommodations.
13.4. ALGARTUR recommends that guests contract travel insurance.
14) Pet policy and rules
14.1. The pet must be trained and supervised by the guest.
14.2. The pet must be compliant with national legislation and meet vaccination and hygiene requirements.
14.3. The animal is prohibited from moving without a leash and muzzle (in the case of a dog) in the common areas of the development / condominium.
14.4. Pets must not be left unattended in the accommodation.
14.5. The pet must have its own bed, as well as a water and food bowl; it is strictly prohibited for the pet to lie on sofas, chairs, single/double beds, extra sofa beds, or similar.
14.6. Guests are responsible for the animal's hygiene on the property and in the neighborhood.
14.7. Any disturbances, such as barking, must be contained to ensure that neighbors or other guests are not disturbed.
14.8. Guests are responsible for all material and/or personal damages resulting from their pet.
14.9. In the event of a complaint by any neighbor regarding a possible abandonment of the animal during the stay, ALGARTUR reserves the right to immediately call the competent authorities.
14.10. Security deposit / damages caused by pets, ALGARTUR reserves the right to charge the deposit:
14.10.1. Accommodation linen, bedspreads, or other textiles present in the accommodation that show animal hair are immediately considered damaged.
14.10.2. Accommodation that is excessively dirty with animal hair is subject to an additional cleaning fee.
14.10.3. Animal hair on sofas, armchairs, mattresses, or other similar items is subject to an additional cleaning fee for the aforementioned.
14.11. In addition to the above, all conditions referred to in point 9.) also apply.

15) Refunds / Monetary compensation
15.1. Refunds and monetary compensation will always be paid by bank transfer to the IBAN provided by the reservation holder.
15.2. Before any refund/monetary compensation, the client must duly sign and return the credit note.
15.3. The IBAN to be credited must match that of the reservation holder. For this purpose, proof must be provided in the form of a secure transaction.
16) Gift voucher
16.1. The value available on the voucher can be used in any accommodation available on the ALGARTUR website.
16.2. The voucher must be used in its entirety. If the stay has a lower value, the difference will not be refunded.
16.3. This voucher is personal and non-transferable, and can only be used during the period of its validity.
16.4. The voucher is valid for six months or one year from its issue date.
16.5. Once the validity period has expired, the total value will be lost and no cash refund will be given.
16.6. For more information about the voucher or to use it, contact ALGARTUR.
NOTES:
The cancellation of bookings paid for with the voucher results in the immediate loss of its total value. Free cancellation is not permitted, nor are any refunds or monetary compensation.
17) Privacy policy / GDPR
17.1. We guarantee the confidentiality of your booking. Guests' personal data is protected and will not be shared with to third parties.
17.2. All data requested from guests is exclusively for the purpose of managing the booking.
17.3. For payments made through the booking platforms, ALGARTUR will be notified of the guests' credit card details by the respective platforms.

18) Acceptance of booking conditions
18.1. On all pages and accommodation listings on the ALGARTUR website, you will find a direct link to the Booking Conditions in the footer, under the title "Legal Note."

18.2. In all payment notifications (partial or total) sent to guests, a direct link for consulting the Booking Conditions is provided.
18.3. The confirmation and payment (total or partial) of the booking imply the automatic acceptance of all Booking Conditions by the guests.
