Living Room: Spacious living room equipped with a Smart TV, air conditioning, cable channels, internet, and sofa. The living room and kitchen are one open space. It features an extendable table for up to 6 people.
Kitchen: Equipped with various appliances, including an American fridge, stove, oven, microwave, 'Delta Q' capsule coffee machine, filter coffee machine, toaster, blender, dishwasher, and washing machine. Basic kitchen utensils are provided.
Bedrooms: There are 2 bedrooms equipped with air conditioning, each with individual box spring beds that can be combined to form a double bed. Both bedrooms have a wardrobe. Bed linens are provided.
Bathroom: There are a total of 2 bathrooms. One guest bathroom and another bathroom with a shower, hairdryer, sink, and toilet. Bath towels are provided.
Terrace: Spacious terrace with loungers, dining table, and umbrella.
Access: The villa is spread across 2 floors, with stairs leading to the living room, kitchen, and terrace.
Parking: There are public parking spaces available on the street (free).
