The Apartment Santa Luzia Mar for holidays in the Algarve is located on Rua Caminho das Trindades, in Villa de Santa Luzia in Tavira.

This apartment is at a five-minute walk from the center and waterfront of the fishing village of Santa Luzia, where all the local shops, restaurants and cafes are located and where you can take a boat to Terra Estreita beach. The entire route of this large avenue is accompanied by the river and natural park of Ria Formosa.

This urbanization has green spaces in the central patio of the urbanization, with 2 swimming pools that can be used by both adults and children, offering privacy since the urbanization is closed to third parties. Access to the courtyard is always via a lockable gate.

The Santa Luzia Mar apartment is a seven-minute drive from the center of the historic city of Tavira, where you can take a boat to the beautiful beach of Ilha de Tavira, discover the historic city center of Tavira or go shopping at the Tavira Gran-Plaza shopping centre.

Faro airport is 41 km away and the border with Spain is 25 km away.

A few kilometers away you can also find several golf courses.



Living room:The living room is equipped with a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, a sofa and two armchairs. The living room has direct access to a terrace as well as to the pool and garden. This room is also equipped with a dining table with capacity for up to six people.

Kitchen:The kitchen is equipped with various appliances such as: fridge, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, dishwasher and washing machine. Basic kitchen utensils are provided.

Bedrooms:The house has two furnished bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The bedrooms also have wardrobes and chests of drawers. Bed linen is provided.

Bathroom:All the sanitary is new. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, toilet, bidet and toilet. Bath towels are provided.

Terrace:Terrace overlooking the pool and garden, with access from the terrace. This has a barbecue, a dining table with capacity for up to 5 people.

Swimming pool:It has a swimming pool for adults and one for children and its access is free.

Parking:The building has private parking. Around the building there is also public parking.

Apartamento muito agradável e bem equipado, inserido em condomínio também muito bom. Só é pena não dispor de wifi, o que fica como sugestão futura.

Apartamento muito confortável e bem localizado. Situa-se no r/ch de um condomínio tranquilo e com um espaço exterior muito agradável, onde se inclui piscina e zonas relvadas. Tem acesso directo a esse espaço pela varanda. Ideal para famílias com crianças. Situa-se numa zona calma de Santa Luzia (estacionamento à porta), acessível a pé aos barcos que nos levam à maravilhosa praia da Terra Estreita. Sem dúvida, um achado.
