THE SPACE
Living room: large living room equipped with flat screen television, air conditioning, wi-fi internet, cable channels, 2 large sofas and dining table. The window gives direct access to a large terrace with outdoor furniture for meals, barbecue and access to the pool. This room is connected to the kitchen.
Kitchen: equipped with various appliances, such as fridge, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, dishwasher and washing machine. Basic kitchen utensils are provided. It also has a small dining table.
Bedrooms: the 2 bedrooms are furnished and equipped with air conditioning, one with a large double bed and the other with two single beds. Both with wardrobe. Bed linen is provided.
Bathroom: a bathroom in suite belonging to the bedroom with a double bed and the other bathroom is located outside the bedrooms. Both bathrooms are equipped with a bathtub (double bedroom), shower, toilet, bidet (double bedroom) and toilet. Bath towels are provided.
Terrace: large terrace with barbecue, dining table with 4 chairs and a bench. The terrace gives access to the swimming pool.
Pool: it has a shared pool in the building for adults and children and its access is free.
Parking: the building has private parking, outside the building there is also the possibility to park your car for free.
Guest access: space with private access inserted in a building with a private pool shared only by the users of the building
